Jamie has been involved in the music industry in various roles for many years. Starting his career as drummer in THE MOVIES he then joined SNIFF N' THE TEARS before becoming one of the most in demand studio drummers in the UK, working with TINA TURNER, MARK KNOPFLER, 10cc, JOAN ARMATRADING, BLANCMANGE, CHAZ JANKEL, WILLY DEVILLE, RANDY NEWMAN, VAN MORRISON, MICHAEL HUTCHENCE, to name but a few. He then went on to produce and remix artists such as PETE TOWNSEND, MICRODISNEY, THE BIBLE, THE RAILWAY CHILDREN, HOTHOUSE, PAUL BRADY, FALCO.

Jamie now oversees all aspects of Britannia Row Studios with an emphasis on passing on knowledge and experience to the studio's team of engineers - TOM PRITCHARD, KRIS McLAREN and FRED VESSEY. He is still in high demand as a drummer/producer and has just played on the upcoming album from GREG PEARCE, produced by John Illsley of Dire Straits.
